Give it more, get less
The library effect
Give it one book, it gets sharper. Five books, sharper still. Give it a whole library and it no longer knows where to look. Owners assume: I'll pour in everything I know and settle for 80% of it back. What comes back is 40%, and the conclusion becomes "I'd rather hire someone at 60%."
β One thing at a time, kept separate. At the moment of use, give it only the piece that's relevant β never one giant knowledge base.
